The Design & Build Assessment™ is a professional, standalone service created to give you clarity before significant project decisions are made.
Your Assessment fee covers the on-site or virtual consultation, property review, preliminary design direction, investment guidance, proposed timeline, and Executive PDF Presentation.
If you decide to continue with Atelier San Miguel, the full USD $950 Assessment fee will be credited toward your approved project.
Travel outside the immediate San Miguel de Allende area, specialized technical studies, architectural drawings, engineering evaluations, and contractor quotations are not included unless confirmed separately.
